Replace bathroom to shower

Hi, I need help with a small bathroom plumbing job. I would like either the existing hand shower hose/pipe to be extended so I can use it near the toilet, or alternatively, if possible, install a separate jet spray connected to the toilet water supply. Please let me know if you can do this and what your cheapest fixed price would be, including any call-out charges. Thank you.

To fix a dripping bath tap and remove old caulk/silicone in shower tray and reseal (shower is in en-suite).

The radiators have not been in use for a while so i believe they need to be serviced and the control knobs are all broken and need that changed so that i can regulate/control the radiator. Its six /6 radiators, (4 is medium sized i.e about half of the one in the image). The shower in the bathroom, takes ages sometimes to switch to hot water when you have switched the controls to hot water, also the water most times does not have pressure. The wash hand tap in the toilet works well and switches instantly to hot water when you turn the knob, so this issue is only with the shower.

Our Triton power shower stopped working today. It has two dials: one for adjusting the water flow and one for controlling the temperature. The water flow dial is now completely stuck and won't turn, which means we can't use the shower.
