Change the kitchen tap xxxxx

We have bought a tap (shown in first photo) to replace our current tap. We can not locate the valve to turn off the cold water tap in order to install it- would like a qualified plumber to install the tap safely. We are located on the 1st floor of a flat. Please see photos showing our piping and setup. Thank you.

When the machine is turned on, no water comes from steam wand or hot water section. Water only released through group head, even after cleaning and descaling. Group head steams and leaks when machine is initially turn on too.

VN conversion , cut hole in sink , hook up water system and plumbing for a shower and kitchen sink , also install the water heater

The toilet tank floater does not work so the water is constantly drippping. It needs to be changed. The same with the tap 🚰 from the kitchen sink. The hot water i constantly dripping. It needs replacement.

Need to install 1x toilet in the back of the garage. Run Toilet waste pipe from back of garage to the main waste pipe/drain at back of building. Run cold water feed to unit.

Replace faucet and install inline water filter. Faucet lines and stopcock are behind backboard and pipes from sink, will need to be moved before installing.

We only have hot water when the override is on, which I obviously don’t want to keep on all the time. I think the thermostat needs replacing. I have the part, I just need someone to replace the element in my boiler please

Hello I have had a leak outside my flat for a little while now having trouble figuring out where the issue was coming from I have had someone from the council to come and have a look and they have come to a conclusion that the leak is coming from the toilet The toilet seems to have some sort of blockage Now my bathroom and toilet is all tiled up which means the tiles behind the toilet would need to be removed in order to get to the root of the problem so I’m looking for someone who can have a look and fix the issue as soon as possible at a reasonable price please

Kitchen sink is blocked, one mini and big sink. Needs this done asap

Our toilet waste pipe is in need of changing as is our sink and bath piping as its all connected via one Outside pipe. It starts internally from our toilet leading to our back garden externally.
