kitchen sink mixer taps are 'loose' and need tightening up plz

I have a big room that I have split into a smaller room and separate bathroom. I need the plumbing work for: A toilet the cold water feed run to that from down stairs, a waste pipe with the correct gradient run from the toilet out under the floor boards out the wall at the back of the house and connected to the soil pipe stack. The joists run in the correct direction. I have taken the floorboards up to check the run is clear. A bit of the ceiling in the room below may need to be cut to allow for correct fall. Also I need a sink and bath with over head shower installed. With the hot and cold water taken from downstairs where the other bathroom is. With the waste for the sink and bath running along with the toilet pipe area. I also need a towel radiator. In the small room next door a radiator T'd from the room next door. Down stairs I need a hot and cold for a kitchen sink and waste out the wall to be connected to the soil pipe stack and a cold water feed and waste out where there will be a washing machine. And a radiator in that room. Hope that makes sense. Thanks Lewis

I need help with our toilet please. When I flush the toilet, it fills with water and drains very slowly. We tried everything, different types of toilet plunger, unblocker liquids nothing works.

I would like to have a hot water running in the garden.There is tap,but not hot water. Also I would like to have my kitchen tap tighten as it is been wobbling.
