Large, deep cracks in one bedroom wall. More than skimming needed. I need the cracks permanently fixing so that they never appear again. Also bedroom needs painting and ideally some coving added to ceiling. I also need a very old bathroom extractor pipe cleaned out , ideally looking for one person to do all of above, but if this is not possible then plastering is the main job . I will need you to come and look at the job- photos will not show the true state of the wall.
