Need to Repair a hole (50cm x 35cm) in ceiling with plasterboard and then skim finish. We had a leak in a pipe above our the ceiling that meant we had to cut out a hole in the ceiling to repair the pipe, the hole in the ceiling is approx 50cm x 35cm Existing Plasterboard is 12mm so need skilled person to fit plasterboard to the area and then a nice skim finish. Need to be very careful please as lots of pipes up there.

Install “dentil” cornice especially (LED uplighting provision). Many mitres. Must be a specialist to ensure perfect mitres / joins.

In photo you can see the wallpaper is going out. I think there is a mould under it. I need someone to remove the wallpaper, scrape the mould from the wall, treat it and plaster and paint the walls.
