Need to finish a paint job I've started, 3 walls need to be fully painted and the 4th wall needs to be finished/touched up. Room 3.5m x 3.6m.

Finish walls. Skim/plaster and prepare for painting. Then paint room. 4 walls and ceiling

External walls (masonry paint) need repainting, all on ground floor. Basically the garden walls need a lick of fresh masonry paint (white). The work needs to be done carefully without damaging any of the decking in the garden. Part of the wall has vegetation growing over - this would need to be cut back - so that the wall beneath the weeds can be painted.

Bathtub needs new sealing in, we don't have sealant or tools for this. Previous sealant will also need reviewing. With the painting, it's an area that's about 4x1.5m, above a staircase. We have all materials and rollers, but tasker will need a ladder to reach the area above the stairs.
