House painted white, I'm doing a house swap and want the house to look fresh for the new tenants. 2 big rooms, 2 single, medium sized kitchen, living room and hallways Paint will be provided. Tell me what you'll need and I'll sort it.

Paint the walls, ceiling / Velux, stairs, woodwork, doors in our new loft (including solid prep and sanding etc before starting) We’ll supply the paint. Looking for an experienced decorator who will have the correct ladders etc to work on steep stairs

The wallpaper needs to be stripped as I painted over it. I have started a job that I can no longer do, and the wallpaper needs to be stripped and then I can paint over it.

I have a hallway I need painting and skirting boards and to fix a stair runner. There is a missing spindle and I need a small stair rail to be out at the end of the stairs as in the pic

Sanding down the majority of interior walls and ceilings in a 2 bed flat. Will need a pole sander or alternative, ideally with a vacuum attachment to mitigate any mess.

Renting my property out so having it prepared for tenants. Need making small parts of wall where pictures were hung and painting. All windows had venetian blinds installed which has been now removed. That has left some mould. So need to have that touched up again.

I tried cleaning my walls with mould and mildew spray. It got rid of the mould but now my walls are covered in water marks. Would like to get rid of them without repainting if possible. - Due date: Flexible
