Hi, there was a seepage on the roof of our bathroom due to above floor. Now its dried and we just need to fill and paint it. Separately, due to mould, we need to replace the sealant in bath tub.

I’m unsure of what’s happened to the ceiling here in the bathroom but it’s coming apart and needs to be fixed and re painted after. The ceiling needs to be scraped using a scraper to remove all loose/flaking paint and soft plaster. Then, needs to be cleaned with a mould/mildew cleaner. After this is completely dried, a stain-blocking primer/sealer needs to be applied. After, I need two coats of bathroom-specific anti-mould, moisture-resistant paint. Please bring this with you or if really cannot find, I will provide and change the quote. This seems like a two day job

Hi there, our original task i uploaded has changed now as our big built in bookcase in the living room has been painted. We now need someone to paint our hallway, living room and small kitchen in the next couple of weeks - paint work including walls/ceiling and woodwork.
