New chandelier to be fixed in 5 places

Bannister is coming away from the wall, needs batons putting behind to make more secure.

We no longer want them dismantled as we would need them anyways in the next home instead, we’d like them carefully detached from the wall and moved from the bedroom down to the lounge room (ground floor). After removing them from the wall, please fill and patch the four anchor/nail holes two per wardrobe so that the walls are restored to their original finish.

Fix a velux window. Handle broken off. Still have the handle.

I was restarting it after topping it up and it was going through the process and then just shut off and tripped the fuse. I then noticed it dripping from the corner.

The blind only pulls up on one side and it doesn't stay in place
