I've recently moved into a house where the wallpaper is a mix of good and poor. The landlord painted over it about 2 weeks ago, but several areas still look bad. I need an experienced decorator or handyman to fix them. Problem areas (see photos): 1. Under the staircase railing: peeling paint and cracking plaster/wallpaper 2. At least one wall in each of the 3 rooms: bubbling, lifting seams and cracks 3. At least one wall in the living room: seams showing and uneven patches 4. Window reveals and corners: cracked, lifting wallpaper What I need: 1. Assess each area and cut out or re-stick bubbled or lifting sections 2. Replace damaged sections with the wallpaper I have (1 full roll supplied) 3. Fill and sand cracks and peeling patches 4. Repaint repaired areas to blend with the existing paint (paint supplied)

I need a shelf installed please - in the middle of this wall. I tried to do it but didn’t have a 7 size drill bit. Ive currently drilled a size 6 hole into wall but its too small for wall plug. Also, I could not get the drill to go deep enough into the wall to accommodate the size of the screw.
