Remove the gas fireplace i have which is connected to my chimney

Gas is full but no gas going through to the burners. Work sometimes and then not other times. It is a Grillstream Gourmet 6 Burner Hybrid Gas & Charcoal BBQ

Basically drill and fix the things

I need a new waste vent cowl fitted to the vent on the roof as the current one lets water in. I alo have a set of platic guards that need fitting around the edges of the solar panels up there to try and prevent pidgeons from nesting and creating a fire hazard. I have purchased both items but need someone with the equipment and confidence to work on the roof safely to carry out both jobs. If you're only happy to do one of the two jobs please let me know but seeing as the roof cowl fitting should only take 5 minutes and the other an hour at most it would be great to get both done at the same time.

The curtain poles in my guest and master bedrooms need fixing. The plasterboard walls got a bit damaged from the old fittings, so it needs some wall repair before putting the poles back up. I don’t have any tools or materials, so you’d need to bring everything. I’ve attached a pic of the damage.

We need a key safe fixing onto an external wall the stone is grey and we think quite hard so it will need a serious masonry drill
