Remove old curtain/blind pelmet and fittings above window and make good the area. 5. Fill and repair various wall holes, screw holes and damaged plasterwork throughout the property. 6. Make good areas where built-in wardrobes/storage units have been removed, including taking down the remaining wall section, filling, and preparing walls ready for painting. 7. Replace external door handle/backplate on timber door (new handle can be supplied if required). 8. General snagging and minor handyman repairs identified during the visit.
