Measure up and provide a labor quote. No painting required. The chimney opening also needs to be widened by approximately an couple inches, requiring some cutting into the existing brickwork. The newly exposed opening will also needs to be plastered where required.

Install four roller blinds in a two-bedroom apartment: two living room blinds, one kitchen blind and one bedroom blind. Fit brackets, drill where required, install blinds, check operation and secure.

The door to install is at the rear of the garage and its size is 813mm x 1981mm x 44mm. As this is not a standard size it will need to be cut from a taller solid core wooden door (2032mm) and lipping applied. Door will also need to be fitted with a door handle/lock and new hinges to frame (supplied). Front garage frame also needs repair, to splice new wood in ready to be painted (pictured).
