Wall crack (corner) — second, separate crack; needs assessment and repair 3. Power point 1 — switch is stiff, best to replace 4. Power point (double socket) — come loose from wall; re-fix with new fastening or replace 5. Bathroom leak 1 (bath) — water escapes onto floor near bath after use. replace bath screen rubber seal at the bottom; OR remove screen altogether as new shower curtain is being installed? (next item) 6. Bathroom leak 2 (bath) — water escapes onto floor near bath after use. L-shaped shower curtain 7. Bathroom wall/ceiling — paint peeling, carcks in wall, etc. something like Dulux Bathroom Bright White paint with proper undercoat to avoid future peeling. 8. Stair carpet — exposed tacks/pins, pricking bare feet; needs in-person assessment (re-tack, re-stretch) 9. Stair rail — needs refreshing with paint and sealing cracks 10. Curtain rails (4x?) — silver. Ideally, expandable rails so that if we have gotten the wrong length then it can be adjusted 11. several windows are jammed, need to be released so tenant can open/close freely 12. Kitchen ceiling — old water staining 13. One of the kitchen hobs is not heating - just check for loose connection 15. the toilet is a bit loose off the ground - maybe just needs tightening 14. assess fence shaking due to tree root and if anything can be done about it Can send all the pics via whatsapp. Budget is based for labor only, I will pay extra for the materials

We have a Venetian blind that we have ordered and it’s slight too wide. We need it trimmed on the side and slats. We want it fitted inside (recess). It’s 220cm wide and the recess is 218cm wide.

We have a 50/50 split vertical blind, on one side only one slat is moving when using the cord to close. A thin piece of plastic was discovered on the floor, probably part of the 'tail' that links the first slat to the second one.

We have slabs that are loose on a patio (some fully off) many of them need relaying / securing - especially on the steps. Some need additional hardcore popping under where there are gaps, and the proper adhesive used.

Looking for an experienced handyman to complete a number of small jobs and wall repairs before decorating. Tasks Include 1. Remove old mirror from wall and fill/finish fixing holes. 2. Remove wooden coat hook rail and make good wall. 3. Remove shelf and brackets from wall and fill/sand fixing holes. 4. Remove old curtain/blind pelmet and fittings above window and make good the area. 5. Fill and repair various wall holes, screw holes and damaged plasterwork throughout the property. 6. Make good areas where built-in wardrobes/storage units have been removed, including taking down the remaining wall section, filling, and preparing walls ready for painting. 7. Replace external door handle/backplate on timber door (new handle can be supplied if required). 8. General snagging and minor handyman repairs identified during the visit.
