Blind has detached and won't lift up..

Install two ringo cameras, remove and replace the key locks (not the entire handle) to the three doors.in the photos. Also put a lock on two doors external doors so it can be locked with a padlock, hang a fire extinguisher by screwing the bracket on the wall, hang fire blanket and first aid kit and put vinyl on the floor where the washing machine is situated.

We have two or three tiles that click and move slightly when you walk on them. There is wet underfloor heating underneath.

Our electric recliner started making clunking sounds about a month ago and has now just stopped working on one side. The charging port is also broken on that side, but predated this. We would like that repaired too if possible.
