The hinges and fixing points need repairing or replacing so the cupboard door can open and close properly. 3. Flooring / Doorway Trim The flooring/threshold area around the doorway has damaged and loose edging/trim. There are visible gaps and deterioration around the edges, with sections appearing worn and uneven. The damaged trim and surrounding area need to be properly secured, repaired and made safe to prevent further deterioration or a trip hazard.
