Hi! We need a bathroom extractor fan (for steam). There is no existing fan. The external wall (brick) will need to be drilled. The bathroom is on the 1st floor (there is level access outside for a ladder). The nearest electricity supply is the ceiling light fitting, though there is also a mirror-mounted light nearby.

The chord on my kitchen roller blind has come off the dial and needs putting back on. The chord isnt broken just needs putting back on . I have step ladder and I won't be home from work until about 3.30pm ,appreciate if this can be sorted as cant open kitchen blind thanks .

Job 1 - The handle of the window has completely come off. As per the pic. Job 2 - The door handle, the screws have eroded the wood away so it will need more than just redrilling it back in. Job 3 - 2 toilet seats which are loose
