I’m just a woman trying to rebuild her life after going through a lot of very difficult times. I’ve gotten a new home but I’m doing everything myself and it’s very difficult as I have no one. So I do things myself and I’m learning how to do other things. I’m currently injured so I’m not able to do a lot at the moment which includes going up a ladder I’d need two rows of the Ikea ceiling Vida track gliders put up. It’s two tracks per row (2.8m) each. I have all the materials but if you have better ceiling anchors, please bring them and some screws Also please bring a leveller (either the normal leveller or a laser self leveller (laser is preferred) I also have a ladder available The photo provided is my bedroom. The flooring is done. I just didn’t take a picture before I got it done. I do need this done asap, especially because of the heat and humidity at the moment, along with privacy of course If all goes well, and you do other trades, I can contract you to do other places in my flat as I need things like flooring, painting and wall & ceiling mounting done in other rooms. I basically have a lot of projects to do until the end of this year Edit: The tracks would run from the right of the ceiling until the 2.8m runs its course (I don’t want to cover the whole wall. So the side of the window with less wall on it would have the track all the way to the end. Whilst the side with more wall would not have it all the way to the end. (for perspective the opposite side to where the light fixture is but on the ceiling directly above the window) (See pictures)

I need the chandeliers in the apartment to be repositioned correctly. They have already been installed and wired, but they were fitted in the wrong rooms. The work involves removing the existing chandeliers and reinstalling each one in its correct room. No new wiring is required; the chandeliers simply need to be taken down and swapped to their proper locations.

The master bathroom, I need the existing shower screening to be removed and a new shower door I've bought to be installed. I need the area around the shower resealed and areas around my sink also resealed. You must provide the sealant. In the second bathroom, I need the corner part of the bathroom re-sealed also. The decking panel underneath my shower in the master bathroom appears to be weakening due to exposure to water from the shower itself. I would like the wooden panel replaced with a plastic substitute. I have measurements I can provide.
