The job includes: - Paint the open-plan lounge/kitchen cealings all the doors and windows areas. - Paint all three bedrooms and ceilings - Install a sensor light at the front of the house - Install a sensor light at the back/garden - Mount a TV securely on the wall - General preparation and tidy-up after the work I will provide the paints needed for the house. You would need to bring your own tools and equipment required to complete the work professionally. - Lift and rip up old carpet from 3 bedrooms and 2 flight of stairs nad landing. Fit new carpets and underlay already purchased and on-site and dispose the old carpets. The key requirement is that everything is completed properly and to a good standard between 2nd and 4th September.
