Wood in window has warped and needs sanding to fit back into hole to close properly

The tenants have received the door restrictor and we are now looking for someone to fit it.

I have purchased Insulating Film for Windows – clear plastic sheeting that goes on a window and you use a blow dryer to shrink it to fit. But I am not that tall. * The windows (4 of them) are 8.75’ (2.7 meters) tall. * The windows go to the ceiling at 11’ (3.4m). * I have a ladder where the top step is 3.5’ (1m). I have the blow dryer and a long extension cord. I am just not tall enough to reach the top of the window.

Insulate an exterior door: new weatherstripping around the frame, maybe applying insulation foam for larger gaps.

Install plastic canopy above rear garden door and seal with clear sealant. May require reposition of adjacent garden light.
