Hire an affordable Flooring specialist in Manchester

I’m looking for a quotation to seal the entire floor to make it fully waterproof. At the moment the floor is carpeted, but we will be removing all the carpet and want to apply a heavy duty wood sealer. I will attach photos below to show the current condition of the wood.

Ignore the budget as I'm Looking for a price for some to supply and fit a carpet on my hall stairs and landing ! Typical council house dimensions.

Carpets and vinyl replacement

I’ve been told The works include ripping up and disposing of the existing vinyl flooring, removing and reinstalling the toilet and sink, removing and disposing of rotten subfloor and struts, installing new struts and subfloor where required, boarding the area, and installing a new vinyl floor

Install herringbone floor

Install approx 27m3 of herringbone LVT flooring. Flooring supplied, carpet and tiles will already be removed

The dimensions of the dining room are 3.1m x 3.2m and the living room is 4.1m x 4.1m however there is a fireplace that sticks out. Would ideally like this doing between 18th - 23rd Dec.
