A recent leak in the kitchen. I need to find a solution to dry out water under floorboard without removing the boardwater has embedded under 1mtre plank.

Remove carpet, underlay and a small amount of laminate flooring from about six rooms in and old house. Put it all in a skip. Then, vacuum, mop and apply hardwax oil (with brush/roller). Skip, vacuum, mop, hardwax oil and tools all provided.

I have a section of flooring on my landing that I’d like finishing & my upstairs bedrooms (2) and landing need skirting boards and architraves

All of downstairs wooden flooring, need this to be levelled to then place engineered wood on top of this, flooring is already bought just need someone to then lay it.

I suspect the floorboards in my back room are rotten at one end as the floor seems to be ‘sinking’ near the wall. The room next door’s floorboards seem fine. Need it checking and replacing asap.

As I am walking on the flooring it makes noises any time I apply pressure. The floorboards need to be put in place and adjusted. The floor has a covering foam with a few nails that must be pulled out and re-nailed (as per photo).

Put in Hallway skirting boards (supplied by customer). Ideally stuck on using suitable product (not nails where possible)

I have excess skirting board that I need sawed. 1 metre. I will recycle the skirting boards myself.
