I need my banister to be sanded down and skirting boards upstairs as I am planning to re paint them.

I have wall panels that i would like put up professionally ceiling to skirting board for a whole wall. There is also an outlet that will need cutting out. I only have enough pannels for the job so cant have any errors

Just moved into the house, purchased from the previous owner who left a significant amount of snags (as demonstrated in the photos). Nothing major required, in terms of work, just tidying up / filling gaps in skirting and detailing, levelling flooring between rooms, wardrobe patch up, gap filling etc… happy to provide further images of all items (the attached list attempts to show a general overview of examples). Joiner required to complete a full sweep of the house in terms of snagging remediation. Please note, we don’t currently have the material required.

We have recently moved in and the old owners did a lot of work but didn’t finish off a lot of the works. Many of the skirts need sanding dow etc and filler added etc. much of the silicone round the doors and windows needs redoing.

I want the whole house skirting board re done

We have the skirting boards and adhesive/foam but need the boards cutting to size and fixing to the wall on half of our dining room after some damp work.

Skirting board removed and cut so my wardrobe can be placed in and skirting board to be applied back

Need skirting board refilling and foundation laid underneath it to secure it, its all been removed and theres nothing under it any longer.

We need edging installed along the space between the skirting boards and wooden floors in three rooms. We need some small areas plastering where spotlights have been fitted in two rooms. We need cupboard doors made and installed in a space on our stairs (we may need to show you this, as it's hard to describe). The lock on our front door has come off and needs refitting. Several plug sockets we want changing from white to chrome

We have had a fridge delivered but it doesn’t fit the gap due to skirting board, needs approx 67cm taking away

Attachment of skirting boards and trim + caulking for kitchen, living room and small entrance hall. I have the boards, adhesive and caulk, all I need is someone to cut the boards and attach to the walls.
