Looking for an electrician to replace an existing bathroom extractor fan with a new humidity-sensor model. Current fan is installed in the bathroom ceiling and vents externally. There is mastic around it and would need to make good, might need filling to make sure there is a flush finish. No need to paint as I’m getting it decorated. Celling lights to put in two places in same room. There are two places to turn on light. One string option at bottom of room. One switch at top of room. I have free parking at the back of my house. Very tight but vans etc fit.. have to be able to park!
