Disable eletric wire in old shed and instal new outside sensor lamp

I have a second hand induction range cooker arriving, see picture. the model is a Rangemaster C 110m Induction cooker. I need it wired up in my kitchen. The kitchen already has an electric cooker wired up which will be taken out. So just need to make sure the correct ampage and breaker are fitted.

Fit 2 dimmer switches to operate two sets of ceiling spotlights. Dimmer switches must be fully operational from both ends of the room i.e. must be able to switch both sets of lights on/off from either end of the room. Replace 12 spotlight bulbs - lowest wattage, warm light. Ceiling mount smoke detector in hallway.

Two lights need attention 1/ Wall Light is working but wiring to the unit needs attention. Not sure what's wrong. It's quite high up above a stair case, so needs a ladder. 2/ Ceiling light. Check it works and replace bulb (I can supply) . I haven't had a bulb in it for some years.

The bathroom ceiling extractor fan has broken due to condensation. I am looking for a certified electrician who can: 1. Remove the existing ceiling extractor fan 2. Install a new extractor fan (I will supply the new unit) 3. Carry out the necessary finishing work, as the new fan has three screw holes instead of four (as shown in the picture), which means the ceiling area will need to be made good after installation. So the job involves both the electrical installation and making good the surrounding ceiling area after fitting the new fan.

I have a DeLonghi DFS903 Professional range cooker and the oven is making an unusual noise when in use, likely coming from the fan at the back of the oven. The cooking hobs work perfectly and so does the grill and oven The cooker is out of warranty, but otherwise working. The noise appears when the oven is switched on and heating. Hi I need my under sink water heater replaced I will provided the water heater

My water heater is not working (the water only heats up to 21 degrees) and the timer is also not working (there seems to be no current flowing through the cable). I would like someone to diagnose and fix the problem.

Smoke alarm base has come loose from plasterboard ceiling. Wiring is already in place and connected — no electrical work required. Need someone to supply/install appropriate plasterboard fixings and securely reattach the base plate. Then twist the smoke alarm unit back into place and test it’s secure.
