My PC turns on but doesn't connect to anything like the screen I think there's an issue with the bios i was winding if someone could open it up and look inside or open it up and reset the bios

My PC currently struggles to turn on after I've used it for gaming. Its fine with older games but has real problems whenever I play something newer which requires a bit more power. I have cleaned the inside using an airspray can. I did have a similar issue a couple of years ago which was caused by a faulty power supply
