I'd prefer male staff, as I am Male. (32yr old). En-suite Bedroom will be provided. Price is per hour. I'd expect you to work between 8 AM - 12 PM and then 4PM - 8PM. That's 8 hours a day. Do whatever you want in other hours, as long as you're not super loud, I don't care. I am a night owl and I like doing my work during nighttime. You'll rarely ever hear me working in my study/on my laptop, but I might turn the coffee machine on at 4 AM etc. So, keep that in mind. The cat is only interested in what I am doing and is 24/7 glued to me so you don't have to worry about him pestering you. I take him out with me when I leave the house. Payment every Saturday. Sat and Sunday off. No smoking or drugs in my house. Alcohol is fine, and you're free to drink what I have.

The apartment building had a very bad fire last week. Our flat did not catch fire, but was damaged by the water from extinguishing the fire in the building. The inspectors will allow us to go in very quickly tomorrow to take photos and grab a few things. I need help to quickly put some items that weren't damaged into bags and getting them to the airbnb that I am staying in temporarily. I do not expect that I'll be able to gather more than 5 large shopping bags of items, but given that the inspectors do not want us to be in there long, I would like help in gathering the few items that can be salvaged and getting them down the stairs and loaded into an uber. We have access at 11am and assuming we will have to vacate by 11:30am. The airbnb is about a 15 min car ride away. I will need help to unload and bring the bags inside. But that is the full job.

I need to help clearing out my room in my mum’s house. This would be bagging stuff up and taking it to the bin or putting stuff in my car. I’ve done half of it already just need todo the rest etc. I will be working along side you aswell. And light cleaning such a vacuuming and wiping stuff down etc. I’ll provide cleaning products.
