Organising clothes after moving in

I’m moving into a run-down, three bed property in Horsell Village. Before I move in, I would like the place completely redecorated. This requires stripping wallpaper throughout, potentially plastering if needed, and painting. It’s possible I will do further building works in a couple of years, including new kitchen and bathroom, so this is to make it look and feel nice until then. I’ve also had the carpet ripped up throughout, so would like advice on whether the flooring should go down before the decorating or after. If you also do flooring, then great but I’ll Post a separate task on that. Likewise, I will have the electrics checked out before any decorating is done, so if you have a sparky you work with, let me know but I’ll post as a separate task as well. I get the keys on 2 August and have three kids that I’ll be putting up elsewhere whilst this work gets done. I assume it will take 3-4 weeks with electrics, flooring and decorating but will take advice from you on timeframes once you’ve seen it. Can arrange with estate agent to meet at the property for proper look round and quote. Property has a front drive so good parking options. I genuinely have no idea on budget, especially as wallpaper will need stripping, so we can discuss once I’ve had a few offers in and get a good understanding. Thanks in advance.

I am disabled and starting to get overwhelmed by tidying tasks. I need help with four hours of activity including - moving large furniture that would req two to move/lift - clean kitchen -put away laundry - move boxes and help tidy

Need a private cook to prepare weekly meal prep food. Seasoned brest chicken, white rice and seasoned broccoli - ideally want it to taste nice. Needs to then be placed and weighed into individual tupperware: 180g chicken breast + 100g white rice + 150g broccoli into each container. 6 days a week, 2 boxes a day - total of 12 boxes to be prepared every week.
