Our bathroom pump is located under a sheet of titles stuck to a large metal (very heavy) plate. As it was sealed in the only way to get to the pump was to chip off the titles. So we either need these replacing or ideally a wooden top added to the metal sheet so we can slide it out when we need to get to the pump.

Add inside door a wooden component that has been broken off in order for doors to close properly. Put door handles in correct place - need taking out and inserting on outside of door

We got a new freestanding washing machine, which requires installation. To achieve this we need to make an opening in the kitchen cabinet next to it so that the power cable can go through it and be connected to a socket in the cupboard. Please see pictures attached. Set up for previous washing machine cannot be utilised.
