UPDATE it now looks like a broken seal. I'm ordering a spare. At the Burgess Park SE15 6NP a tenant reports the washing machine needs maintenance. I`m sourcing more information and a video but it sounds like the filter needs clearing is all. The tenant works night shifts and prefers appointments after midday. We would be in a whatsapp group together to coordinate the appointment. Their message is Just to inform you that the washing machine is leaving a lot of water is coming out of it. Hi there, I need someone who can assist with the following job ASAP at SE15 4JZ: - Extend washing machine waste pipe if necessary (at present, the pipe is quite short making it difficult / potentially not possible to connect the new machine); and - Install new washing machine I have provided photos for reference. It would need doing in the next couple of days as the washing machine is being delivered today (Tuesday 23 August). The old machine will be removed by the delivery company, so you don’t need to worry about that.
