Replace the faulty manual gas radiator valve as the existing one is stuck and doesn't move.

My washing machine keeps tripping the lights in the kitchen, sitting room etc when it gets to a certain point in the wash. Would love for someone to sort this out for me please.

NordicTrack 2950 Commercial - console does not switch on when I power on the machine. I've checked the plug fuse which is OK & when I take off the motor hood I can see a red light glowing on the control board - so power is getting to the machine

Dishwasher is not draining, filters appear ok and have tried to use some unblocking detergent but is still not draining properly.

Old gas oven is integrated and on ground floor. You must have gas related qualification and be registered with GasSafe. Also, how much extra to replace the leaking tap in the bathroom on the first floor with one that does not leak?
