I’m looking for a quote to diagnose and repair our Azkoyen Vitro S1 coffee machine at The Edge Training, based at Willows Activity Farm in London Colney, near St Albans. The machine uses a refillable water tank rather than a mains water connection. The issues are: • When switched on, it automatically dispenses approximately two cups of cold water through the outlet. • The display has shown “OUT OF ORDER – ERROR: NO WATER.” • When I press the button at the back to access the test/maintenance menu, I’m unable to run either the internal cup cleaning function or the full cleaning cycle. I’ve attached photos showing the machine, the error message and the water dispensing. Could you please advise whether these symptoms suggest a likely fault and provide an initial quote, including the call-out charge, labour, any diagnostic fees and VAT? Please also confirm how any additional parts or repair costs would be agreed and your earliest availability.

Took the door off for the new washing machine to be fitted. Now we need to screw the door back on. Its part of a fitted kitchen.

We have 2 Sonic Allstars Basketball machines in need of service & repairs. One machine makes a loud screeching sound when turned on & volume crackles when you try to turn it down or silence it, so is currently turned off. The lights on both have started flashing, so the LEDs may be failing. These are in an office, so repairs would have to fit around working hours Mon - Thurs 07:30 -17:00 & Fri 07:30 - 16:00 Have put £100 but would need a quote really as not sure of costs.
