Josh went over and above for this job. Alerted me to the fact that the retailer won't disconnect my old appliances and offered to do it for me on the morning of delivery. Saved me a huge headache! He did so many extra things there isn't space to list including replacing a damaged socket for the oven and fitting a freestanding machine in place of an integrated one.
