I've got a fixed washing line from my house to the back fence and it's not enough drying room. I bought a new retractable line ages ago but haven't put it up. I don't have a drill. It needs to be done tidily as I rent. Old line needs removing and the new one put up. See photo of how the old line is attached to the back of my house. I work from home so very flexible on days/times but as soon as possible would be great! I've guessed the budget based on how long I think the job will take.
