Existing ceiling has collapsed in large games/utility room and needs to be removed and replaced with ceiling and cornices. Size is 4.5m square. Require professional gyprocker.

I need a plasterer to skim-coat and finish one bedroom (approx 12–14m² walls) where all paint has been stripped to bare plaster. The finish needs to be paint-ready (Level 4). Also need one large wall patch in the hallway feathered flat and some cornice blending in those two areas.

In my Perth property due to the water leak, in one of the bedroom the roof plasterboard is broken. It needs to be fixed.pls note the roof leak is already fixed . Only the plasterboard which was broken piece needs to be fixed

Repair 2 X small holes in internal wall (residential). No painting required. We still have cut out pieces if needed.

Mount new IKEA besta tv cabinet to dry wall and mount TV. The TV is a Samsung 65 inch the Frame. Cabling to be flushed into the wall if possible.

I need a single GPO installed in my bathroom next to the cistern to power a bidet toilet seat. Also the power cable attached to the seat needs to be shortened to suit power point location. The install is on a single brick wall. It backs on to a wardrobe which can be used to bring cabling down from the ceiling space.
