I need an experienced, professional plasterer to repair a damaged section of plasterboard and securely remount a curtain rail. ​As seen in the photo, the curtain rail bracket has pulled out, creating a hole and causing a significant stair-step crack to travel up the wall. This job will require a professional and experienced plasterer to ensure a seamless fix. Because of the extent of the cracking, it may even require a replacement of a larger piece of plasterboard rather than just a simple patch. ​Scope of Work: ​Plasterboard Repair: Assess damage, cut out compromised plasterboard if needed, install replacement/patch, tape, flush, and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish. ​Reinforcement: Ensure the area where the curtain bracket attaches is properly reinforced (stud-fixed or using heavy-duty toggles) so it can safely handle the weight of the curtains. ​Curtain Rail Remounting: Re-install the curtain rail bracket securely back into position. ​Requirements: ​Must be a qualified or highly experienced plasterer. ​Please bring all your own tools, plasterboard/materials, compounds, and heavy-duty wall fixings. ​Clean up and removal of any plaster debris. ​(Note: Painting the repaired wall is not required, just a perfect, paint-ready finish). ​Please share your experience with similar repairs when bidding. Quote to include frame, plastering at the top, hang existing door and removal of all rubbish. Space for door and frame is 91.5cm (w) x 242.5cm (h, ground to ceiling).

You could complete this tonight, tomorrow anytime or Friday morning. Prepare this area for painting and tiling by indoor rendering or boarding up and gap sealing the brick bits (photo 1) and sealing where the countertop meets the wall (photo 2 and 3). The red brick areas will be tiled. The rest will be painted. (Not by you 😊 I’m just asking for prep) And then add some sealer to the place the benchtop is sitting on wall. See photos. Have three gyprocked frames in windows that need flushed with wall and ready to be painted. 2 are 2400×600 and 1 is 1400×600.

I need a sparkie to disconnect my lower power points(12 of), to allow for walls to be re plastered. Then come back and reconnect them the following week. Ideally need it done over weekend. Location, Thornlie.

We had a door installed and gap in the wall that has been patched. Guy moved away before he could finish so we just need the gaps in the giprock boards filled and levelled with the wall and cornice installed and prepped for painting. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours, just haven’t had the time to get it done. We have most of the materials including the cornice, cornice adhesive etc. but feel free to look through what we have and see what you might still need. Also have about 3-4 holes in our ceiling from fan installation and removing the old light fixture that we’d love to have patched as well.
