Description: Need a tradie to repair vertical cracks in an outdoor rendered wall (see photos). Job includes: cutting out loose render, reinforcing, re-rendering, sealing, and painting to match. Must bring own materials and leave the wall weatherproof and clean. What needs to be done Inspect the damaged wall (2 areas shown in photos). Remove loose render and clean out the cracked sections. Assess whether reinforcement is required (e.g. mesh, bonding agent). Fill and rebuild the cracked areas using appropriate exterior render material. Patch, smooth, and blend the repair into the existing wall. Apply primer/sealer and paint to match the existing colour as closely as possible. Ensure the wall is weatherproof and stable after repair.

The Issue: A small hole has appeared in our ceiling near the pre-test room. This was previously associated with a water leak during rain. We believe the source of the leak has been addressed by Centre Management; however, we now need the physical hole in the ceiling repaired professionally to prevent any further issues and remove the hazard. Ceiling height: Approximately 4 meters The Job: The task is to patch the hole and repaint the area so it blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling. The scope of work includes: 1.
