I need to have someone that can render a e posed brick wall of my house

Looking for someone experienced with render repair and exterior painting to tidy up my front porch wall. The wall has some cracks, uneven patches and areas where the render needs smoothing before repainting. Job includes: • Inspect wall for cracks or loose render • Patch and repair damaged areas • Smooth and sand uneven sections • Prime and repaint wall (exterior paint to match house) • Clean up after job The wall is not large (small front porch area including front and side wall). 1. One of the arm of outside window awning needs to fixed as it is fluttered and makes noise.

Fit electrical power point in laundry ,asap , ( power point inside on outside wall)

Requesting an electrician to remove the pictured power point and the cable running along the skirting board and up the wall to the ceiling. Power point to be replaced with a two outlet unit to the left, connected back-to-back with an existing outlet on the other side of the stud wall. Additionally, swap out another similar 4 point outlet with a 2 point. No relocation required.

Need to have the top of pillar rendered close. And potentially render the said pillar nicer with stacked stone or tiles.

Just knocked down some small retaining wall at the front of the house. Looking to patch up the joining areas. Will need to grind down some of the protruding brick and patch up the sand finish render. 6 small spots.

We have built an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area out of brick on our veranda. Although most will eventually be stone clad , i’m wanting it rendered first. My estimate is that it is about 14 square metres. (ignore the ticks and crosses on the pics. These show what areas will ultimately be stone clad and which will remain exposed render). Not sure on the colour but it would be something grey/ cream/beige. Would like price to include both the render and the labour. I don’t know if this helps, but we have heaps of yellow/brickies sand available. Would need to be careful of our timber decking. (We do have a roll of cardboard sheet if this helps). Would like done as soon as possible.

There is a crack to the plasterboard wall that requires rectification, including filling, sanding, and repainting as necessary. Please note this is a plasterboard wall, not brick. Could you please provide a quote for the rectification works at Kwinana Marketplace?
