Finish gyprock and flushing - about 2 days work, 2 people

I need a 55 inch tv mounted to a gyprock wall, there is also an aircon and power outlets attached to this wall so would have to be mindful of the circuitry when installing. I'm not sure if there will be extra work required due to the gyprock. I will provide the mount and any other materials you deem necessary.

A 400x400 grille needs to be removed and then ceiling patched and skimmed to that area. There is also an old air vent [150x150] that needs to be flushed.

Letterbox Rendered texture and edging peeling off. Removing metal number from letterbox so will need that rubbed d back too.

Need our sauna assembled out the back. The boxes are out the front and are quite heavy.

Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprock ceiling repairer to repair several holes in our ceilings following removal of old lights/exhaust fans and vents. There are 10 areas in total: * 6 small circular holes from removed ceiling fittings * 2 larger holes left by removed exhaust fans * 2 existing ceiling vents to be removed and the openings patched over Photos attached showing the areas requiring repair. The job is to properly patch all openings, reinforce/back where required, plaster/set, sand and finish the ceiling surfaces smooth and flush, ready for painting. We want the repairs to blend into the existing ceiling as neatly as possible. Please supply all materials required for the repairs and clean up afterwards.

Dryer cord got very hot and damaged outlet, needs replaced or at least checked. Dryer also needs tested to see if that was the issue. I work during business hours, can only meet after 5pm or weekends

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. My kitchen splashbacks are being installed On 6 August. I must get a suitably qualified tradesperson to temporarily remove my PowerPoints and lower the gooseneck tap so that the glass can be fitted without obstruction. I then need the PowerPoints And tap refitted at a later date

I need the power to be run down the back of the garden bed, from the pool equipment, all the way to the retaining wall on the right to power the pool robot. As you can see by the photos I’m currently using an extension lead. It’s roughly, 7m.
