Hi there, I’m looking for someone to repair my outdoor awning. One side of the awning has dropped down — it seems like a bolt or joint has come loose, as the awning tilts when it’s opened. I don’t think the leg is bent, just misaligned. I need someone to inspect it and fix the alignment so the awning opens level again. The job is at my shop in East Perth. The Issue: A small hole has appeared in our ceiling near the pre-test room. This was previously associated with a water leak during rain. We believe the source of the leak has been addressed by Centre Management; however, we now need the physical hole in the ceiling repaired professionally to prevent any further issues and remove the hazard. Ceiling height: Approximately 4 meters The Job: The task is to patch the hole and repaint the area so it blends seamlessly with the existing ceiling. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high ceiling (approx. 4 meters). 2. Preparing the area around the hole, patching it with a suitable filler, and sanding it perfectly smooth and flush. 3. Applying a spot-prime to the repaired area. 4. Painting the patch to match the rest of the ceiling.
