I am looking for a qualified electrician to help install two smart toilets in two separate bathrooms at my home. Both bathrooms will potentially require a new power point installed. I need to ensure that all electrical work and the final placement comply fully with local government regulations and safety standards. Toilet 1 - B&H Back-to-Wall toilet suite with a TOTO WASHLET requires a waterproof electrical supply. Will need a new powerpoint installed for this toilet located within reach of the WASHLET’s power cord, typically positioned safely outside the splash zone or discreetly routed according to Australian electrical standards Toilet 2 - Caroma Urbane II CleanFlush BTW Toilet Suite (Back Entry). Not sure if powerpoint in bathroom would be suitable. General Help in setting up. Plumber will also be in attendance. Photos below of 2 bathrooms.

Bathroom exhaust fans – Reinstall the exhaust fans in the ensuite and powder room that were removed during plastering (existing connections are available). 3. Infrared heater light – Install a new infrared heater light and connect the required switch. 4. Ceiling fan with light – Install a ceiling fan with light in the living room. Existing ceiling connection/wiring is available. 5. Light fittings – Replace the existing basic ceiling lights with new light fittings in 2 rooms (existing wiring/points). Hi! One of the locking pegs (mushroom pins) on my awning window frame has sheared off. Details: Hardware Brand: Kin Long window system (aluminum frame). The Issue: The pin snapped off, leaving the rivet/fastener base stuck in the track. What's Needed: Drill out/remove the broken fastener shaft and supply/install a replacement peg/pin to match the existing one (photos attached). Parts: I do NOT have replacement parts. Tasker must supply the replacement pin/screw/rivet. I have attached photos of the intact pin for reference, the broken base, and the overall window setup.

Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to supply, replace damaged boards, and restore our L-shaped front verandah deck. 1. Board Replacement: Supply and install approx 16 linear metres of 80mm Jarrah decking boards to replace rotted/damaged sections. Remove and dispose of old boards. 2. Deck Clean & Restoration: Clean/prep existing and new Jarrah timber (approx. 21m² total area). Apply 3 coats of Feast Watson Black Japan finish (TBC).

Looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair and plaster a damaged area of internal plaster wall . Sand smooth so it blends in, prime and paint to match as close as possible, and leave the area clean and tidy. Please bring your own tools and provide a quote with your availability.

I removed my laundry sink to create space for a side-by-side dryer and washer. Now I need that area plastered and painted (I’ll provide the paint).

Looking for a general handyman to come give the place a once-over and patch up minor marks and damage before our final inspection. What we need: • Walk through the apartment and touch up scuffs, marks and small dents on walls and ceilings (paint colour matching where needed) • Fill and patch a few small gouges/chips (wall corner, architrave, wall dents) • Supply and fit a cover plate for a double power point that’s missing its faceplate • If possible, repair a small chip in a floor tile — happy for you to take a look, but not a dealbreaker if it can’t be done Please bring your own filler, paint/touch-up supplies and a standard power point cover. Hi! I’m looking for someone experienced in installing large mirrors on drywall. The mirror is 1.98 m x 96 cm, with a thin metal frame (approximately 1.3–1.5 mm thick). I’d like someone who knows what they’re doing and can make sure the mirror is secure, stable and safely installed, without causing unnecessary damage to the wall or creating a risk of the mirror falling. Strip out old plasterboard walls and ceiling.

Looking for someone experienced with plasterboard repairs to patch and finish two damaged areas in internal walls. There are: * 1 larger damaged hole in a bedroom wall, as shown in photos * 1 small hole/damaged section near a door * Patch both areas properly, including cutting back damaged plasterboard if required * Apply plaster/joint compound, sand and finish smooth ready for painting * Match the existing wall finish as closely as possible * Supply all materials and tools required Painting is not required. Just looking for both areas to be properly repaired, sanded and left ready for paint. Photos attached showing both areas.
