Job includes: Remove loose/damaged render Patch/re-render the damaged section Match the existing textured finish as closely as possible Colour-match the existing exterior paint Paint the repaired area so it blends in with the surrounding wall Leave the area neat and weatherproof Clean up afterwards I’m looking for a simple, neat and cost-effective repair, rather than re-rendering the whole wall. The door and existing sliding mechanism are all there and were working correctly before it was removed. The job is essentially to correctly re-engage/rehang the door onto the existing track and make sure it is sliding properly again. Friends have attempted to put it back but, due to the weight of the door and the mechanism, I need someone who has actual experience installing or repairing large sliding doors. The door is quite heavy, so you may need a second person to assist with lifting it into position. This is urgent and must be completed by Monday at 3pm at the latest.
