I’m seeking a quote to repair and waterproof a damaged rendered courtyard wall at my apartment (Melbourne, 3004). I have only recently purchased this apartment, and there is unfortunately damage to the rendered courtyard wall, including bubbling, cracking and green discolouration (hidden by the agent with staged furniture during inspections).The render is bubbling and lifting in multiple areas, and there are visible cracks and moisture staining. I’ve attached photos showing the condition. The total length of the courtyard walls are 12.6m (rear wall) + 4.3 m (left) + 4.3 m (right) = 21.2 m total. I'm seeking quotes for: • Removal of all damaged and delaminated render • Drying and surface preparation • Application of a waterproof membrane • Re-rendering and repainting with a suitable exterior membrane coating • A warranty for the work done **I need a properly itemised quote that you can provide in writing, as i will be seeking reimbursement via VCAT as the agent hid this damage during inspections** Airtasker will not allow me to enter a budget higher than $9999 but please quote as required - I would like the work done properly.

I have an older home sauna that hasn’t worked for at least 10 years, and I’m looking for someone experienced with electrical systems or sauna repairs to help get it running again. The unit doesn’t turn on at all it may be an issue with wiring, the control panel, or the heating element, given how long it’s been unused. I’d like someone who can inspect it, diagnose the problem, and advise on what’s needed to repair or replace components if required. The sauna is located in Armadale. I’m flexible with timing weekdays or weekends are fine. Please bring your own tools and testing equipment.

I have a plastic awning, 2 meters x 1 meter that I want put above my laundry door. One end will go into wood, the other end into brickwork. I can supply the bolts if needed, or you supply and I’ll pay for them. The awning has been put together already, just needs to be put up. I can help hold it up/assist with installation if needed just can’t do it by myself.

I have bought an awning to go across the glass sliding door of my garden office pod. The box has all the bolts and hardware required, I just need someone to install it. Instahut brand, new It must go into the steel beam across the top of the office. I have some tools but not sure if I have the right size drill bit for steel. The awning is 2.5m long and 2m deep.

We tried to use Sikaflex seal the joints for half part of it, as pic shown. Haven’t sand it yet now required an experienced handyman to keep working on it, need render over the joints, matching the existing as best as possible.

Need add a piece of timber at the back of plasterboard to be strong to hold the canopies. Render the parts as well

I need someone to meet my team at our warehouse in Coburg north at 7am, it will be a full days work finishing at around 3pm. You will be in the van with an experienced installer just assisting them with the assembly of flat packed saunas.

Plastering works and painting required if you are qualified to do both. 4 walls in total and some touch ups. The largest section for plastering is approximately 4m wide x 350mm high and touch up’s (see photos). We will provide aluminium skirting if you can fit this too. If you can paint, can you provide a quote for this too? Grey wall has no damage but needs to be painted back to white.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. You will need a ladder to reach out to the awning.
