Outdoor retractable awning has torn. Motor still works and it can retract/extend, however the sheet will rip if extending too much. I believe it is just the sheet that needs to be repaired. Can do any time Thursday-Sunday.

We have replaced rotten timber on the front facade of our home but it now needs patching to the render where the timber was removed and replaced. You can see this in the photo I have included in this post. There is scaffolding but its being removed this Thursday 18 June. I need a tradesman to patch up the render where needed ready for painting. Even better if you can patch and paint.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to complete some work at my single-storey home in Wantirna. The work required is: Install 2 outdoor weatherproof power points in the decking area (pink arrows). There are existing power points on the inside of the wall, so power may be able to be taken from there. Install wiring and connection points for 3 LED ceiling lights in the decking area. I am planning to install 120cm LED light bars. Install 1 floodlight at the front corner of the house (green arrow). The property is located in Wantirna, and I would like to have the work completed as soon as possible. We need a mirror and a painting hung onto the walls in the bedroom. Both walls are plasterboard.

The outlet is loose from the drywall and needs to be fixed again and sealed and sand and patch around the outlet. Other outlets need frame replacement and dimmer channel, they broke just wear and tare.

Need a patch of plaster fixed on a bathroom wall, hole is a little smaller than plywood and extends all the way to the edge.

Plastered needed to plaster 2 x holes where 2 x gas heaters have been removed, 1 x hole where wall oven was removed and 1 x hole where an air conditioner was removed. This is plasterering only. I will finish off with the painting

We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also. We have all the fixings and braces ready to go, it just requires holding and drilling in to make secure. Expect it to take no longer than an hour I hope!
