Looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman to repair a section of ceiling plasterboard (~2m x 1m) on the first floor of my house. Damage was caused accidentally from above (roof access). Area is currently covered with plastic. There is insulation above the ceiling. Scope of work: Remove damaged plasterboard. Install new plasterboard and secure properly to framing. Refit/adjust insulation as needed. Tape, set, and sand ready for painting (painting optional – please quote separately if you can do it)

I need a small wall bracket reinstalled. The wall plugs have pulled out of the wall when the bracket came loose. I need someone to remove the old anchors, supply suitable new wall anchors if required, and securely remount the bracket. The wall appears to be plasterboard. Photos attached. The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose. Need a licensed electrician to diagnose and replace the switch/outlet, taking care given the gas line proximity. Photos attached.

I need four holes patched after the sparky has had to pop a couple of holes in the wall.
