3 recessed down lights have fallen through the verandah decking below the house. I have tried using a cost hanger but can only get the wiring not the lights. Would likely need someone to go under the house and push them back through. Clearance below house is approx 50-60cm and they are 10m from the entry.

The awning is mounted approx 3m off the ground. Remote control electric function works very well. Approx 40kg at a guess. It works well so could be reused with new fabric fitted. (fabric is serviceable but old). Solid concrete underneath to support scaffolding or ladders. Would need two strong persons. Must be done safely.

Existing plasterboard is 13mm thick. Patch, sand and finish flush with the ceiling, then prime and apply local touch-up paint to blend with the surrounding ceiling. Hi there, I need an experienced plasterer or handyman to fix the uneven wall sections surrounding a window frame. The exact dimensions requiring work are: 1. Below the window sill: A rough plaster/render section measuring approximately 250cm wide x 90cm high. 2. Above the window frame: A stripped section surrounding the air vent measuring approximately 35cm high x 60cm wide. Both sections need to be built up, leveled out completely, and sanded smooth so they are flush and ready for me to paint later. • Important Scope Note: There are a few other jobs available in this room eventually, but please just quote for this specific wall area right now.

I have an old surface-mounted GPO that needs replacing. Two old rigid PVC conduits enter from above — the left is the incoming supply and the right continues to another working GPO. The downstream GPO needs to remain connected. Looking for supply and installation of a suitable 10A weatherproof surface-mounted GPO, with any conduit adjustment required for the installation. Three power points in the wall needing fixing.

My wall has a hole. Need someone to plaster it back to original. The hole is about 11cm diameter

There are 3 steel shelf brackets (used for a heavy timber shelf) that need to be removed. There are further holes in the wall as can be seen in the photo that will need to be filled in (with expanding foam or similar) and then plastered to create a neat flush wall. The screws also need to be removed and patched up.

2 of the bedroom robe interiors are demolished and newly installed cabinets. Plastering work needed to fill the gaps, dents and cracks on the interior robes. Couple of hours job for an experienced plasterer. Need this done before painting works to commence.

I have 5 ceiling holes from removed evaporative cooling vents that have already been patched with plasterboard.
