(a) Assemble a 2m wide window awning (following instructions from the box from the seller) and then install it on the side of our house. (b) You will need a long ladder to reach the area where the awning needs to go, which is about 4m off the ground. It's a single storey house, but built on a slight hill, so too high for us to reach with our ladder. Rather than buying a ladder we figured we would try this approach instead. The wall is made of wood, and the screws are provided with the product, but we recommend bringing some roofing screws and a drill that can drill both the roofing screws you bring & the supplied phillips head screws. Obviously you'll also need a level, pencil for marking & drill bits for pre-drilling. It doesn't need to be meticulously perfect but just put up as there is a rain problem. - Due date: Flexible

The current gap on the balustrade is too wide. I would like someone to weld a pole/panel on the upper and lower sections of the balustrade to reduce the gaps. Need it done ASAP.
