Caulking/silicone along the bottom of kitchen cupboards for a neat finish Bedroom wall – sand, patch and repaint a water-damaged section (colour match to existing wall, Paint supplied) This is sale preparation work for the unit to go to market — it doesn’t need to be high-end, just a tidy, presentable finish for photos and handover. Please include all inclusive labour and materials in your quote ( filler, silicon/caulk, etc.). We’re planning to move out on Thursday 11th and need to get some painting done for our bathroom damaged by the wallpaper (small sized bathroom), and lounge - drywall repair (two spots in, from wallpaper and picture hooks). Would be great if this was done on 9th or 10th Morning.

Pressure wash shopfronts and underside of awning

I have two recently built breeze block walls. They have besser blocks at each end and the bottom. One wall has besser blocks along the top. I would like the besser blocks to be rendered to a thickness of about 6-8mm. The breeze blocks do not need to be touched. The render can either be to a finished surface in white that doesn't need paint, or to a finish that needs extra paint. I don't mind, I can paint later if necessary.

My son has started hanging Gyprock in a small house on our block but has had to go back to work and it's only half done. Would like it finished

Supply and install the Gyrock so it is ready to be painted. If possible, also paint it white. I will prepare the battens at 450 mm centres and install insulation in the walls and ceiling. Three walls and the ceiling Shed is 6x6m Please provide a quote to complete the job. Disregard the budget, as I needed to put something in this field to post the job. I estimate the material will cost approximately $600, plus the cost of paint. Thanks.

The awning currently goes out OK with the remote, but retracting is not working - motor just hums. easily accessible from a deck. the fabric has been replaced recently, so we would prefer to repair rather than replace. No brand visible.

Needing a handy man to patch this gyprock hole in the wall. Not sure if just the hole needs filling or a strip 1m long. You’ll know!

Hi there, I am looking for a handy electrician who can finish putting together the internal components of our sauna. I have been told it will take a couple of hours. But I would allow maybe four hours to be safe. It is a new model with not very detailed instructions, as it is the first one to have been sold, but you can check out this video. It is only the internal part that needs to be finished.
