There are some small cracks in rendering on the external wall. I need them to be patched. Photos attached. Some of them appear to be hairline cracks when looked from the ground floor, one is slightly bigger. The cracks/ rendering is on the first floor in the two storied town house. Not sure about the cost so setting the cost to 10$ to invite quotes

Renovation and rendering

I have four small patches on an internal wall that need rendering. The patches are from previous repair work and just need a smooth finish to match the surrounding wall, ready for painting. Access is easy, and I’m flexible with timing.

Very small plastering patch job inside a wardrobe

Have some plastering patching that needs to be fixed after removal of a split system. Holes also in eaves, which is drooping.

There is a small water leak from the roof which has resulted in the water staining the plasterboard. Only issue is the leak is directly under the solar panels so ideally i need someone to go in the roof and seal it from the inside.
