I need an approximate price. I have 2 awning window that has rotten part. Bottom bar and the corner that holds it. It's an old 70s wood window. Can we please have the bottom bar replaced and perhaps get the corner fixed with epoxy bog, and perhaps just a strengthen with corner cap/angle brackets. Photo enclosed.

Moving furniture upstairs and accidentally made a hole in the drywall... have paint but no other tools which would be needed to repair it. Need someone to repair and paint it (paint provided). I've got a couple of rectangular shaped holes that need fixing in a bedroom after I had plumbers come in to fix a leaking shower. One hole is 90cm by 50cm in a wardrobe and the other is 30cm by 20cm in a bedroom wall. Looking to have someone come in and repair the walls so they can be painted.

Due to heavy rainfall the other night, there is a leak in the tiled roof causing a leak in the house. We are in a 2 story building. We think the problem is due to cracked tiles, maybe joins in flashing is loose. Would also like a separate offer for side job: downpipes and gutters in the front checked and cleared.

I need the 2m x 2.3m ceiling area of a small bathroom to be plasterboarded ASAP. You will need to have your own tools and supply all materials needed to plasterboard, tape seams, install cornice, cut holes for cabling for light and space for extractor fan. There are some holes that need to be patched as well as a small square area that was cut out. Painting ceiling would be desirable.
