Need help installing an awing on my car

Patch up and paint gyprock wall in our Airbnb unit. We had a guest put 2 holes in the wall. They had attempted to fix themselves with filler but could not complete the job. As this is an insurance claim you will need to have experience in plastering and painting. The job can be done anytime this coming Sunday or Monday. We will pay for any materials / paint. You will need to assist us with colour matching. We will require a GST invoice for insurance purposes.

Thinking of rendering my double storey townhouse.

We have a front brick fence with slats on it, that has old cement/sand render on it that is falling off. We need to remove the old render on it so that it can be re-rendered correctly. Can be chipped off using a hammer and chisel, or a hammer drill with a chisel head (which we don't own). There are six columns and three fencing sections below the slats, columns are roughly 1.8m high and 40cm wide. The three fence sections are roughly 2m X 80cm. - Due date: Flexible
