Installation in a Strata Apartment About 10 double power points (subject to suitability of position)

I need the gyprock repaired above an internal doorway on both sides. One side requires a repair about 1200 x 600 and the other side is much smaller. The wall was damaged by termites a few years ago. The repairer will need to supply all materials.

TV Wall Mount & Cable Management * Mount a TV securely to the wall and conceal power and HDMI cables by drilling a pass-through hole for a clean, tidy setup. I have a 3m by 2.5m Windoware motorised awning that needs to be lifted and attached to brackets at a height of 3.1 metres. Awning weighs 55kg (is heavy). Brackets are already installed. Needs at least 2 people with either ladders or scaffold.
