Current built in is not effectively using the space. Remove and replace with white hanging, shelves and draws. No doors as it is a walk in space. I have posted a photo from the plan so you can see the shape. A photo of the existing grey design. The last photo in white is what I am looking for open, using the whole space no dressing table and shelves above for all those annoying things like suit cases, spare blankets etc… - Due date: Flexible

Need to build a couple of timber beams under the patio roof in continuation of the existing beam. See photos attached - where marked in red. Inspection and measure will be needed. - Due date: Flexible

Patching of render in North Ryde 2 storey home 4 areas

Building a Koi Pond. Lay 90mm Besser block wall with footing to perimeter [5.6m (L) x 1.4m (w)] 3 Internal walls required ( 1 x 1.4m and 2 x 1m L by 80cm H) Pour concrete slab with rebar (Floor to be curved towards join around wall - see attached image ) Render walls Other notes, - Excavation has been completed - With or without materials proposals are fine - Plumbing will mean some cutting of holes to besser blocks required - Total area : 5.6m (L) x 1.4m (w) x .8m (d) The shallow end is 400cm deep and 1.8m in length. From there it gradually drops to a depth of 800cm over the remaining 3.8m (1.8m-5.6m).

Need an internal single brick wall patched where render has cracked and come off. About 150mm x 300mm. Looking for someone with plenty of experience with internal rendered walls as need it to match existing texture as much as possible. Whole house will be getting painted soon, so no need to paint
