Looking for an experienced installer to fit our De’Longhi Pinguino Care4Me 3.3 kW Portable Air Conditioner (PACEX130CSTWIFI) into our office. From our understanding, this unit does not include a window kit, so the job will involve closing off part of a large awning (top-hinged - photo attached) window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat, secure and non-permanent (renting) finish appropriate for an office environment. You must supply all tools, materials and fittings required and be confident working with non-standard window setups. If the installation is successful and the unit runs well, we will be purchasing an additional unit and will require a second installation.

Hello! 👋 I'm seeking a qualified/experienced handyman to hang two framed glass prints on an internal wall—locating studs or metal framing will be required. Items: 2 x glass prints, 50cm x 75cm each—they're reasonably heavy, at best guess, around 6 kg each. If it's of any value, the items were purchased from Snapfish. (I have also included a photo of the provided instructions.) Wall type: I believe it’s gyprock/plasterboard. The tradesman who mounted my television in another room concluded that our walls don’t have timber studs—he suggested metal studs/framing behind the gyprock. If it assists with your estimate, our building is slightly less than five years old. Requirement: Please locate studs/framing and mount securely—not just into plasterboard. As such, please bring a stud finder and supply appropriate fixings for plasterboard and metal studs. Finish: I'd like the items level, aligned, and evenly spaced. I'm happy to follow your recommendations. Access: Normal apartment/home access. Underground parking can be provided, as needed. Timing: Ideally, after 11:30 AM on Wednesday, 17 December. I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install an outdoor weatherproof power point for a new heat pump. Scope of work: • Install 1 x outdoor weatherproof GPO (power point) on the external wall in the location I’ll show you. • Existing internal power point directly behind the desired location, and • Another existing power point approx. 10 metres away on the same wall outside. • Power board is 15 meters from the desired spot. Preferably a dedicated/isolated 15A power run via conduit from power board, which is approximately 15 meters away. • Outdoor power point unit will be supplied by you. • You to supply all other materials: cable, conduit/trunking, fixings, etc. • Test the circuit, ensure it’s RCD‑protected, and provide any required certificate of electrical safety/compliance. Requirements: • Must be a licensed electrician (please include licence number in your offer). • Experience with external/weatherproof power points. • Clean, tidy work and must make good any small penetrations made. We have knocked out an old wall, i am looking for a plasterer to close up the gaps and finish of the gyprock work. Supply all tools and materials. IMPORTANT NOTE: Building allows minimal noise. No power tools can be used, any cutting or mixing needs to be done by hand in door, all works need to be done extremely quietly.

Rooms we are removing are Entry, Hallway 1, Dining room, Storage1, Staircase, WIW, Bedroom 1, Ensuite, Ceiling cavity insulation, Hallway 3, Toilet 2, Bathroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 , we need labour and also rubbish removal. Ive added a couple photoes to give idea , room ceilings are staying in and flooring same as bath shower and toilet. We only want walls done and insulation. Job may roll over to 2 days we will start at around 10 on the first day due to key collection. This task will be one day and we can extend as we go if need be
