Description: I need a qualified electrician/AV installer to complete the following in my bedroom: Mount a Samsung soundbar securely underneath my wall-mounted TV. Install a new power outlet behind the dresser/soundbar area (there is currently only a power point behind the TV). Install an HDMI wall plate/cable from behind the TV to behind the soundbar so no cables are visible. Conceal all power and HDMI cables inside the wall for a clean, professional finish. Supply any required wall plates, HDMI cable (2.1 preferred), brackets, and small fittings if needed (please include in your quote or advise separately). Test everything before leaving to ensure the TV and soundbar work correctly via HDMI eARC. Photos are attached. Must have experience with wall-mounted TVs, soundbars, and concealed cable installations. Provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES)

I need roof and roof beams plastered and also 2 walls

Someone has put graffiti on an external wall at my house. I’ve attempted to scrub lightly and it seems to remove some of the rendering. May need to be painted over. Would like someone with experience doing this to take care of this task for me.

The power point inside the cupboard next to my oven is stuck in the "On" position and won't switch off. It's a non-clicking (spark-free) switch — likely fitted this way as a safety design since it's close to the gas flex hose. The surrounding ornamental moulding/detail must be preserved and not damaged. We're in need of wet area plasterboard supplied and installed that a bathroom vanity will sit infront of. Dimensions 820mm - W X 800mm Height. Current plasterboard is being removed as part of mould remediation. Hoping to have job done in Afternoon on 2 July
