Install plasterboard (Gyprock) to garage ceiling using existing timber joists, including full finishing and painting. 6mx5m Scope: • Inspect existing joists for alignment and suitability • Install additional battens/noggings if required • Supply and fix plasterboard sheets to ceiling • Tape, set, and sand joints to a smooth Level 4 finish • Stop all screw holes and prepare surface for painting • Apply sealer/undercoat • Apply two finish coats of ceiling paint • Install cornice if required (confirm separately) • Clean and remove all waste on completion Notes: • Existing timber joists available for fixing • No major structural modifications included • Electrical works excluded • Insulation excluded unless specified

The gyprock wall has multiple old anchor screws and holes in the wall. The first wall needs to be patched, plastered and painted. Second wall has minor chips in the plaster needs to be patched and painted. I’ve included photos. Task preferably to be completed on a Monday or Thursday between 8:30am and 4pm

Fix Roof Leak & Repair Ceiling Plasterboard I’m looking for an experienced roofer/handyman to fix a roof leak and repair internal ceiling damage. Water is leaking through a box gutter and coming into the ceiling. It appears the issue is where two box gutters join, and water is seeping through the connection. The current silicone fix isn’t working, so I’m after a more permanent solution. Scope of work: • Identify and fix the source of the leak (box gutter join) • Provide a proper, long-term repair (not just silicone) • Repair and replace damaged ceiling plasterboard • Ensure the area is sealed and finished properly Please bring your own tools and materials. Two areas to plaster. Fridge area (it’s sheeted I just don’t have a photo) just needs to be finished ready to paint. The other wall need to be finished both sides but needs tear off stopping bead for the edges as the wall may eventually be removed in the future. Also the ladder in the photo will be available for you to use for the high sections.
