I have purchase 2 sliding arm awnings that i need mounted with fascai brackets. I will need the installer to purchase correct brackets. Awning sizing is indicative and we may buy electric ones. But we will install power if we do that so that can be excluded

Replace Plasterboard, and insulation to bulkhead following water damage. The area that has been removed is approx 2.3m x 0.5m. It may be easier to replace the whole area which would extend the length to 4m. There is also another area that needs to be cleaned up after some water damage. Both need be repaired to a level so that I can paint

Had a bad roof leak in one of our bedrooms due to the heavy rain over the last few days, which resulted in us having to have a large section of the plaster cut out to remove damage. We need this repaired and repainted asap as this is our 2 year old’s bedroom. If you can also do repairs on eaves/cement sheet, we had our balcony repaired a few months ago due to water ingress and damage, and need the cement sheets replaced outside by the front door/entryway. I have an old surface-mounted GPO that needs replacing. Two old rigid PVC conduits enter from above — the left is the incoming supply and the right continues to another working GPO. The downstream GPO needs to remain connected. Looking for supply and installation of a suitable 10A weatherproof surface-mounted GPO, with any conduit adjustment required for the installation. There is also an ceramic fuse that needs checking and replacing with the fuse wire. Please let me know your quote. Thanks.

Projector and power point installation will provide the mount

There are 3 steel shelf brackets (used for a heavy timber shelf) that need to be removed. There are further holes in the wall as can be seen in the photo that will need to be filled in (with expanding foam or similar) and then plastered to create a neat flush wall. The screws also need to be removed and patched up.

2 of the bedroom robe interiors are demolished and newly installed cabinets. Plastering work needed to fill the gaps, dents and cracks on the interior robes. Couple of hours job for an experienced plasterer. Need this done before painting works to commence.

I have 5 ceiling holes from removed evaporative cooling vents that have already been patched with plasterboard. I need an experienced carpenter or builder to inspect my back verandah and quote on repairs. There is significant water damage and rot to timber around a verandah post and handrail. More importantly, the timber beam directly under the gutter is rotting and appears to be pulling away, which may be affecting the stability of the verandah roof.
