Hi, I have a small hole/damage in a white gyprock wall in my garage that needs fixing. Looking for someone experienced to: • Patch the hole properly • Sand it smooth • Match the paint colour and repaint (blend in so it’s not noticeable) I’ve attached a photo of the damage. Ideally looking for a clean, professional finish so it looks like nothing happened. Flexible with timing, but would prefer it done within the next week. Thanks!

Need render job done for the landscape pillars only

We have a very cute wooden shed in our backyard but it’s just gathering dust. We’d love it to turn it into a home sauna. We have done lots of research, however don’t have the building skills to DIY this ourselves. we need to : - Seal the eaves/roof of the current shed - remove some of the shelves, etc that are in there already.( hopefully some of these materials can be used to build the seats.) - maybe replace 2 existing windows, unless we can get the glass replaced with tempered glass. - line the interior with special insulation and heat reflective foil - line with wooden planks - Remake the seats We will do all the sanding and painting, etc and organise the electrician separately. Would hopefully love to find someone who has ever made a sauna before if that’s at all possible! Otherwise we anticipate it would be about three-four full days work all things going well

Awning window cannot close on the right side. Possible case of frame warping. May need shaving or readjustment somehow. Last pic shows the left side which closes fine.

Roof leak sealing, plastering and painting ceiling

The awning window highlighted in yellow is what needs to be replaced to a fixed window. This is to stop the glass door getting smashed if the awning window is open and someone opens the door into it.

I need a plasterer to come in and fix a ceiling issue in my garage . The problem is the ceiling in one part has come off tye fixing and fallen on it the garage door which is rubbing on the door each time it’s opening and closing . I will need to work with the plasterer and the garage door installer/service tech to have the door dropped , before the plasterer gets on site to fix . Once plaster is fixed I will refit the door
