Around 6 power points put in, maint for hanging tvs and some extra ones around the house. I've also added in a wall in the lounge room and need new power and tv in there too. Also a power point outside in the alfresco area.

Atm, the washing machine outlet hose is draining into the basin. I have the parts but need someone to fix it to the outlet pipe under the sink. One switch on the power point in the kitchen, is depressed. I bought the new part from Bunnings but need it changed

Seeking quotes for the following work please: - repair plastering around an air-conditioner that was replaced and damaged in order to access pipes. Please refer to photos. There is a chunk taken out back to timber stud. This is to be repaired/replaced as needed to recreate original look. It may be necessary to add on to these niche verticals on one or both sides to ensure they are even and centred against the air-con and tv. - Hide the black air-conditioner pipe running out right bottom side of unit. Potentially surround entire air-con unit with plaster to hide it behind. - Fill in the narrow gap that exists between the balcony window frame to right and the plaster section that runs the full height. Basically continue the plaster all the way to window frame so there is no longer a gap. - No painting necessary.

I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.

I have a two-part hole in the plasterboard which resulted from a mirror being removed. I think it's too big to use mesh patches, but I may be wrong. All in approx 18cm x 25.

There is some cracks in the plasterboard that need to be filled, sanded and painted back to original colour (white). I would need you to supply the materials as part of the task.
