Require handyman work around the house with some plastering and maintenance

There is a hole approximately 6 × 3 inches, along with several nail holes, in my drywall that need to be repaired and painted (please refer to the images). I already have the paint available.

Needing a licensed electrician to install a power point and TV point on this wall so we can hang TV. Also needing the TV to be placed on the wall but can arrange to have this done separately if necessary.

Fix the hole on concrete rendering wall.

Outdoor courtyard fence was repaired and now needs rendering prior to painting. Area just under 3 metres square.

I disposed of ash from a portable fire pit (which had been extinguished around 14 hours earlier) into a green waste bin. The ash did not appear to be hot. I picked up the portable fire pit and emptied it directly into the bin. The bin was positioned next to the exterior wall of the house. At approximately 2.30am, I woke to find the bin alight. Scary as... The fire had spread to the adjacent exterior wall, causing soot damage and some damage to the hebel cladding, including exposed mesh in affected areas. The fire was quickly contained and extinguished thank god. But yeah some damage to be looked at / repaired. Just wanting to know the repair work required and the possibility of a suitable tasker to help repair it. Focussing mainly on wall cleaning an re-rendering. Not painting. I’m planning to paint it gray colour ourselves.

We have three small holes (from old light fittings) that need filled, and several cracks that need plastering before painting. There are also minor holes where nails have popped out.

I want to purchase an electric awning online and have it installed. I would need you to come out and measure what size awning i should purchase. Once it has arrived i would need you to come back and install it.

Paint rendered fence and back garage door

Towel rack has fallen off somehow from tenants damaging it. Suspected it may have been patched already. Need wall repaired and towel rack reattached sturdily. Professionals only.

Hi Airtaskers, I am removing some existing downlights with bigger size holes and a few achitrave switch holes. This needs to be done on Tuesday, 28th May around midday as we will be removing the downlights for you earlier in the day.
