Need someone urgently to silicone/seal upper 2nd storey house outside render (see pics). Render is cracking where the blueboard sections behind meet, & this is letting in water into the house. You can see where ive already done part of the sections, but i dont have sn extension ladder to do the rest. Silicone & gun supplied, so this would only be use of ladder & labour. This is a temporary solution to get us through winter. A complete re-rendering job will be commissioned in the spring.

Hi, I need someone to paint our recently installed verandah ceiling. Just need it done in ceiling white which we have. Please see photos as we also need the paint matched on the original perimeter of the verandah as well. We also have the paint for this. We also need one panel above ceiling painted on facade of house that has some water staining. We also need a couple of little touch ups done in ceiling white to our rear verandah ceiling as some paint was peeled recently when installing heat strips.

We have recently bought a property in Newport and the building report shows some decayed timber joists on the front verandah. This is due to previous water damage which has now been fixed.
