Looking for an experienced plasterer/builder to inspect and repair areas around the house. There is an approximately 1m x 1m section of mould-affected ceiling downstairs. The moisture issue has been fixed, and I need the affected plaster cut out/removed as required, replastered, sanded and painted. There are also several internal wall and ceiling cracks, including cracking above a doorway. One larger vertical crack is in an area where the wall/plaster appears slightly raised or bulging, so I’d like this properly assessed and repaired. Externally, there is peeling/flaking paint to the front porch fascia/timber that needs preparation and repainting, with any minor repairs completed if required. Ideally looking for someone who can assess the areas, complete the plaster and painting repairs, and advise if anything requires further investigation.

To plaster 7 joins at 1.5m and 7 joins at 4.8m for a small wall. Either late afternoon today or tomorrow morning. Wall is 4.8 x 1.5m overall. You will need to supply the plaster Update: we are constructing the wall and sheeting it up ready for plastering this afternoon onwards.
