Looking for an plasterer to repair and patch wall openings after the removal of two existing window/wall-mounted air conditioners. I am upgrading to split-system air conditioners and need the openings professionally closed, plastered, and finished ready for painting. Scope of Work: •Patch and repair opening left after removal of the air conditioner shown in the attached photo. •Patch and repair a second, smaller opening in another room. •Supply all required materials. •Install plasterboard as required. •Tape, set, sand, and finish flush with the existing wall. •Remove and dispose of any waste.

Verandah ceiling has slipped from the holding roof timber on one side of the verandah and needs to be pinned back up. The verandah is about 5m X 4m size, and the the slip on affecting the last 1/4.
