We have a job that we need done that is replacing a ceiling on our front verandah in Hendra. It was originally made out of gyprock - but with all the rains/humidity we had a few months back it began to swell and collapse. We had a tradie from the insurance company come out and secure it - and they have determined that there is no roof leak, and that the problem was that the Gyprock was not fit for purpose - and that Fibre Cement sheets would have been the appropriate ceiling material. We are looking for a handyman/carpenter/builder to quote and hopefully replace this ceiling with Fibre Cement sheets. Double story house needs render Over bagged brick area and entire outside repainted in Hendra - Due date: Before Saturday, 15th Jan 2022

Large awning, approx 3 metres long and 65 kg needs to be bolted to a steel beam. Similar to the picture. - Due date: Flexible

Verandah railing that needs to be built securely. Don’t need a particular time but needs to be completed by October 25.

remove damaged brickwork at front of garage on dwelling, relay bricks, render wall. Perform render repair on side of dwelling where stepped cracking is present and remove rubbish from site. Works to be completed by suitably qualified tradesperson with QBCC qualifications.

4 x tin awnings to be removed from our home in Hendra. Would ideally like the holes patched and painted over. On our second level so will need your own equipment.

We need a builder to remove 4 x tin window awnings, patch holes and paint over them. They are on our second level so must have appropriate equipment, building licence and insurance.

A strip of blue board requires rendering above garage.

Install 25 metres on blue board externally on two sides of a pool. One wall 5.5 metres x 1.6 high, the other 8 metres x 2.0 metres high. Hang, join and render.
