/I need the front porch repaired and rerendered

The front of my house looks unfinished. I’m wanting to get this section of slab/ concrete at the bottom of my house to look finished. By having this rendered and painted to match the rendering on my house facade. Someone with professional experience only. Please send QUOTE with your experience/ business.

I need a licensed electrician to remove a plug that is stuck inside a double power point (Clipsal, with switches) in my home in Armstrong Creek. The cord came off and the plug head is still stuck in the right-hand socket. I've tried pulling it out with the power off, but it won't come loose – it seems to be caught on the contacts inside, not the faceplate. The job: - Remove the stuck plug safely - Check the power point for heat damage - Replace the double power point if needed (please include the part in your quote) The outlet is currently switched off and not in use. It's easy to access, at normal height on an internal wall. Photos available. I'd prefer a fixed price for the whole job. Need to be done until Tuesday -30/09.

I need a damaged plasterboard wall repaired after accidental impact. The wall has a significant crack and a section of plasterboard is broken/gapped. Looking for someone experienced in plasterboard repair to: Remove/secure damaged material Patch or replace the damaged section Apply joint tape/compound Sand smooth

I need this hole to be 300mm diameter to fit my bathroom fan into. The hole may need a bit of plasterwork as its been sanded back to far and is uneven.

My front entrance gate needs some tlc hoping to revamp it. The black posts on either side need replacing - hoping to replace with some tall posts and create an awning above (a single beam) across the top, to make the entrance more noticeable. Can paint my self, would need to measure and purchase materials, I would pay for this separately. Open to offers. Want kings awning removed and new 270 bushwakker degree awning installed. Awning usually on 4x4 cars, need on teardrop camper. The rails and connections from kings awning are already there, should just be a matter of switching. I can help, just can’t physically do it myself…. Needs 2 people to hold up while connecting. Will need step ladder too. The caravan is I storage yard in Charlemont not far from city. Flexible on price.
