I had a leak in my shower which has caused minor damage to the walls. Need only the wall fixed. First 2 photos show wall before plumber and tiler visit (my original post). 3rd photo is after and current state of wall. Please message estimate or if you want to inspect before giving a price.

Rendered front fence/wall needs touch up spray painting where faded and water stained. 14m x 1.2m. Taping required around stainless steel letterbox and number panel. Paint supplied. Own sprayer required. 7 sections in total. 4 shown in photo.

I have a 15m x 1.8m brick rendered wall that has some step cracks and few imperfections. Would like to get it repaired, rendered and painted to look brand new.

A few holes in walls and ceiling.

We’ve taken out a few ceiling lights and we need someone to help us finish the job. A few have been started but as you can see, they need some love. 3 x holes with wood under (about size of dinner plate) and 2 that needs finishing, and 1 x hole with wood under that’s smaller (about size of a down light)

Our aluminium pedestrian gate has come loose from the rendered wall, the hinges need tightening and the striker and plate most likely need to be replaced. It has been repaired before but quickly went back to being broken. The aluminium piece that the striker plate sits on needs large masonry screws and the right equipment…not just a drill. When replying please suggest your approach.

We’ve recently purchased a property and need the entire interior stripped back ready for renovation. Scope of work: • Remove all plasterboard from walls and ceilings throughout the house (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area, hallway) • Remove and dispose of the existing kitchen (cabinets, benchtops, splashback, etc.) • Neatly pile all waste in an accessible area outside (we can arrange a skip if needed) • Take care around framing, electrical wiring, plumbing, and insulation What we’re after: • Someone experienced with demolition or renovation prep work • Must have own tools • Reliable, tidy, and able to complete the job within the next week or so (flexible on dates) Please include your experience, availability, and whether you can handle waste disposal in your offer.
