Mount a 3 x2.5 m motorised awning to the wall of a granny flat above the slide door. The awning has been mostly assembled but needs some assembly. Mounting will be onto a metal framed clad wall. My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. You will need a ladder to reach out to the awning.

Awning needs to be re-attached to privacy screen. High reaching ladder is required (or similar). The privacy screening is also on a slope. Pictures show the awning that is still in place as to how the awning is to look again once reattached. If able to quote via pictures here would be great or price can be discussed on site. Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary. I need an awning to be assembled and installed into a brick wall above my solar battery system. The battery system is installed down the side of my house as pictured and I have purchased a basic awning that is 1.5m wide and 1m deep. It needs to be installed as pictured (MARKED IN RED). Approx 2m high from the base metal platform pictured. Will require a basic tools (hammer drill, plugs and strong bolts to secure and a ladder). Awning is new in the box and needs to be unpacked and assembled and will look like as pictured.
