Need the door awning removed and replaced with something similar but with a post cemented to ground

Need a handyman to install a retractable side awning (2000mm x 3000mm) in my side path next to the house. I’ve already bought: 1. The awning 2. A 65x65 x 2400mm steel post Job is: install the supplied steel post into a small concrete footing (this will hold the main/taller side of the awning) make a second small concrete footing approx. 3000mm away for the other end of the awning. The other end has a base plate with 4 holes and needs to be anchored into the concrete. Mount the awning between both ends and make sure it opens/closes properly Likely need to lift/remove a couple of pavers where the footings go. Awning and steel post supplied. Looking for a simple, solid install — nothing fancy, just done properly. Expecting under $150 if straightforward, but open to quotes. Photos attached.

Aluminium welding – Caravan awning rafter repair My caravan awning was blown back by strong wind and one of the rafters that supports the awning has broken. The part is made of aluminium and needs to be properly welded/repaired. Looking for someone with experience in aluminium welding who can fix it securely so it can be used again. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

Roofing/flashing repairer required to inspect and repair water ingress issues in 3 areas of a house/carport. To address the source of water ingress, reseal/waterproof the affected junctions, and replace any locally damaged fascia/trim where required. Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.

The awning window highlighted in yellow is what needs to be replaced to a fixed window. This is to stop the glass door getting smashed if the awning window is open and someone opens the door into it.

Moved into house 2025. Bathroom ensuite window stuck since moving in - awning style - would like to improve ventilation, seeing if anyone can try to open it, ideally would love to be able to open/close it (no fly screen). Access to window can be inside ensuite and on top of single story garage roof (ladders available). Weekends and wednesdays.
