Hi there, I need a handyman or carpenter to repair a section of my outdoor timber walkway that has collapsed and broken through. The Job Involves: Removing and disposing of the broken, rotted timber decking boards (as seen in the photos). Inspecting the sub-frame/joists underneath the collapsed section and replacing any rotted supports. Installing sturdy, new timber decking boards to match the height and width of the existing path so it is level and completely safe to walk on again.

I have just removed old carpet and would like to have the floors polished. The floors are quite old, and there are some holes and gaps in certain sections of the rooms that will also need to be filled and sealed.

Need to install nom 65m3 engineered timber flooring. Engineered timber flooring will be supplied by myself. Flooring needs to be installed over lightweight timber substrate (yellow tongue). Need to discuss best installation method (floating or direct fixed) fit for purpose. Removal of existing carpet and need to be disposed.

Need to do restoration of the timber floor, benchtop, cabinet e.t.c

Remove some existing boards to match up the lengths, remove some quad along the window wall to fit in boards and match up, install floor boards into and through small room 3m x 1.5m. Underlay and boards provided.

We sanded our floors and now have to sand back the railings in our stairs. We plan on painting them white. We are in Eltham

Hallway carpet needs to be ripped up and timber laid as dogs have ruined it during the colder/wet months. Area is approx 15m2. Timber and tools would need to be provided as nothing at house.

Protective floor pad moved from couch leg and adhesive from this stuck to the ground. When I went to lift couch to move it, it ripped this piece off in one clean chunk. The irony.

Looking for someone experienced with timber floor repairs to fix a few small chips/gouges in our wooden floorboards. Damage includes: -A couple of small holes/chips in the wood -some surface wear/scratches in nearby area I’m not looking for a full sand/polish at this stage — just a tidy cosmetic repair (fill, colour match, and seal if needed) to make the damage less noticeable. I have a timber fence that has been pressure washer cleaned in preparation for oiling/ staining. I need the fence sanded lightly to remove some of the furry timber that is a result of the pressure washing. I have sanding equipment on-site to use if required.
