Hallway carpet needs to be ripped up and timber laid as dogs have ruined it during the colder/wet months. Area is approx 15m2. Timber and tools would need to be provided as nothing at house.

We have some holes in our flooring following removal of a large heating unit. Need someone to repair the 3 holes (2 are 2.5cm diameter, 1 is irregular shape with 7cm being the widest). Also there's a second area in the house where we can physically press down along 4 planks which is not able to take a load or walk on. Refer to photos for reference.
