Hi everyone, I am looking for someone handy and experienced to help me install a full roof setup on my 2005 Mitsubishi Pajero. Here is what needs to be done: Assemble and fit brand new roof racks (they just arrived today). Properly mount and secure a Kings Kwiky hard-shell rooftop tent onto the new racks. (Note: The tent is already on the car, currently just strapped down, but needs to be transferred/secured to the new racks). Install a 2m side awning. Additional details: I will be there to assist you with the heavy lifting (positioning the rooftop tent). Please bring your own tools (sockets, spanners, Allen keys, etc.) just to be sure, as my camping tool kit might not have everything needed. I need this done this week before I sell the car. I am quite flexible with the time and day. Let me know if you have experience with 4x4 roof setups!

I am looking for an experienced bathroom waterproofing specialist, tiler and leak detection professional to inspect and repair a shower leak at my property in St James, WA. Background: Approximately 10 months ago, I had a shower regrouting and sealing service completed by a specialist company to address water ingress. After the repair, the issue appeared to be resolved for around 6–7 months. Recently, signs of water damage have reappeared on the adjoining wall, including bubbling and peeling paint, suggesting that water may still be penetrating behind the shower tiles. The previous contractor has advised that residual moisture can take 18–24 months to dry out, but I am concerned because the symptoms disappeared for several months before returning. What I need: Inspect the shower and adjoining wall to determine whether there is ongoing water ingress or simply residual moisture. For peace of mind, I would like to just replace the internal shower pipework, rewaterproof and retile. Additional Information: The shower is tiled. Photos of the affected areas provided. I suspect the issue may involve failed waterproofing behind the tiles and pipework, but I require professional assessment.
